A gorilla permit is a document issued by ORTPN, Rwanda Development Board or Uganda Wildlife Authority. It allows you to travel to the mountain gorilla’s habitat in Bwindi Impentetrable National Park, Mgahinga National Park (Uganda) and Volcanoes National Park (Rwanda). The gorilla permit is included in the price of the tours. The only tour in which it isn’t included is the 3 day tour Gorilla Tracking. Everything is included: gorilla permit’s, National Park entree fees, guide, car, accommodation and meals. Flights are not included. When something else is not included it is mentioned in the descriptions of the tours.
Visa: Visitors to Uganda must have a valid visa in accordance with national immigration laws, guidelines and formalities. Uganda visas can now be obtained online at: visas.immigration.go.ug. The charges for Uganda’s Visa start from US$ 50.
Vaccinations: We recommend to contact your doctor about the vaccinations that you will need. All travellers to the Repubic of Uganda must have a valid Yellow Fever Immunisation card.
Money: The local currency is the Ugandan shilling (USh), though most tour operators and upscale hotels quote in US dollars. ATMs are abundant and US dollars are widely accepted.

You will get a plan with all the details and the first payment is done by invoice as soon as everything is arranged. First a 30% of the total amount will asked to pay in advance. One month before the trip, you will be asked to pay the rest of the total amount. Everything is payed by invoice and bank transfer.
