Famously known as the, “medley of wonders,” Queen Elizabeth indeed lives up to its iconic name with the wonder of its breathtaking scenery. Our journey to this scenic national park will begin from Rwanda and goes through Kisoro that will give us an opportunity to get a close view of the virunga volcanoes.

Itinerary

Day 1: Travel from Rwanda to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Day 2: Morning game drive, afternoon boat cruise and exploring crater lakes.
Day 3: Transfer to Rwanda

After our delicious breakfast, we will be picked up by the guide to begin the journey to south western Uganda through the beautiful hills of Kisoro. This will take us to the Mufumbira ranges. A breath taking view that you will definitely be delighted with. We continue to Queen Elizabeth and check into our booked safari lodge and later set out for an evening game drive.

After an early breakfast, we will set out for a morning game drive in Kasenyi track. The morning is an ideal time as the animals tend to be more active at this time of the day. From our close encounter with the beautiful wild, we return to the lodge for lunch and later set out for a thrilling boat cruise on Kazinga channel which will give us an opportunity to view the aquatic wildlife like hippos and crocodiles and lots of aquatic birds that have found home to this part of Queen Elizabeth national park. Our day will close in a scenic trail of crater lakes.

We wake up to a delicious breakfast and begin the drive out of the park. We will have a brief stop at Kitagata hot springs before we continue with the drive to Kigali.
